Chicken Wing Marinade Recipe

chicken_wing_marinade_1
It’s almost time for Super bowl parties, and what better of an appetizer to have at your party than chicken wings? This is almost required and here I have for you a delicious marinade for your chicken wings. This marinade is both salty and sweet. The saltiness comes from soy sauce and the sweetness comes from both sugar and pineapple juice. Additional seasonings such as garlic power and ginger are added for even more flavor. The wings should be marinated at least overnight for maximum flavor. This recipe will marinate 3-4lbs of chicken wings. If you want to save time you can buy the already cut up wings in the store, or you could just leave them whole. Enjoy.

Venezuelan Hot Dogs Recipe

venazuelan_hot_dogs_1
This is apparently how they do hot dogs in Venezuela. As this was new to me, many of you are probably unfamiliar with Venezuelan style hot dogs so let me introduce them to you. These hot dogs include condiments such as mustard, ketchup and maybe. As well as cabbage, onion and crushed potato chips. I found that the potato chips give the hot dog a nice crunch. The recipe calls for the hot dog buns to be steamed but I did not do that personally, I will leave it up to you. As you can see I have included no prep pictures as I did not find it necessary as there are only a few extremely basic steps to this. This is a very quick and easy recipe that just also happens to be perfect for game day. Enjoy.

Mint Brownies Recipe

mint_brownies_1
Here is the perfect recipe for mint lovers, mint brownies. These brownies are a fantastic combination and mint and chocolate. The brownies get most of their flavor from baking chocolate and the frosting gets a lot of flavor from the mint extract. Be aware that peppermint extract is very strong, so if you don’t want a strong mint flavor I would add less than the recipe calls for. If you do not like mint, this recipe is not for you. This is a very simple, quick, and delicious brownie recipe. If you want you can top off these brownies with chocolate chips. Enjoy. PS- I know I haven’t updated this website in awhile… I am hoping to be able to get back to a regular posting schedule. Thanks.

If I am looking for a quick and easy meal, pizza is always a great choice. This California chicken pizza mixes chicken, bqq sauce, and a couple cheeses. The highly of this recipe is the smoked gouda cheese. It really adds a nice smoked flavor to compliment the bbq sauce.
