mareza – Thanks, sounds great. I find the rice stix rather interesting but like I said in this article, I found the noodles in this recipe to be rather bland. The beef broth sounded great in the recipe but it just didn’t give it enough flavor for me. I look forward to your e-mail. I think I am going to try a recipe for Chinese spaghetti and meatballs here pretty soon.

i cooked noodles few times a year,and it’s always a hit. this are my co workers favorite…..
i’ll also make good eggrolls…i’ll email you
some hints how to make tasty noodles.

i will try the meatballs, but add a little
sugar,this would taste asian,it is the subtitute
for MSG.
