Can't wait to try this recipe, does anyone reccomend cooking the bacon a little first? Worried the broiling part may make the chicken a bit dry.

LOVE THIS - takes me back to when my college roomie and I made these quite frequently.

She would put the bacon on the inside of the chicken.

Due to lack of utensils when we first made it, I split the chicken breasts instead of pounding them out.

I love the above alternates/additions suggested and will definitely try some.

Ya know, I keep thinking I'm going to see a recipe I DON'T want to make, and it's really only happened once so far. The hardest part is deciding what to make FIRST! I cannot wait to show this site to my hubby and come up w/ some new meals! I'm sorry to keep bugging you with comments, but WOW! Everything looks so incredible!
