I've never cooked shrimp before (I don't eat it), but I was asked to bring food to a Hawaiian-themed party so I wanted to bring sea food. I did a quick search for shrimp recipes and chose yours because it looked super simple and the ingredient mixture sounded good. It was a huge hit!!! Everyone LOVED it and some asked for the recipe! Thanks for sharing!

This is very similar to New Orleans style "barbecue" shrimp except that it is baked in the shell and served with French bread for sopping up all the delicious juice, which now that you have posted, I am seriously craving!! Looks delish.
