Bruce- I would not recommend cutting the sauce in half, just leave it as is. I hope you enjoy the recipe.

Bobby,
I am looking forward to trying your recipe. One question, can I cut this recipe exactly in half (just for myself? Or do I just cut the pasta, meat, broccoli and onion portions in half only. When I cook with sauces, I usually like flavorful tasting sauces almost as much as the main ingredients in any dish I make.
Thank you in advance for your response.

Just made this recipe and L-O-V-E-D loved it! We used random pasta noodles and will be making this recipe again using lo mein. We also used eye round for the beef and that ended up being pretty tough but nonetheless great!

OK, I made this last night and once again, it was an incredible recipe. I have no idea why one of the folks here didn't like it, but I thought it had a fantastic balance of a variety of flavors. I am going to try this with chicken and shrimp as well.

Once again, it was a fantastic (and authentic tasting) recipe.

I tried this recipe a few days ago and really liked it. I agree that lo mein noodles are the best. I can't imaging using somehting else. I added mushrooms to mine and left out the chile paste because I couldn't find any- also don't like my lo mein too spicy. I used more sesame oil and soy sauce because it was a little bland at first. Overall, it was pretty good!

The ingredients in this dish make a great beef lo mein. However, being Asian, using any sort of pasta just doesn't do it justice! If you're going to make this recipe, please use a proper asian lo mein noodle, you won't be sorry!

Thanks for posting! I love the recipes you post.
