This has to be the best pizza that I have ate.. I refuse to pay for take out pizza anymore because this is awesome... I have made a vow to try all your recipes because everyone that I have tried has been great.. The only thing that I did differently was use a pizza mix for the dough... The chicken in this recipe would make a great sandwich...I think that you should publish a cook book because I would be first in line to purchase it.

Yum! looks great! But what can I add instead of the hot sauce? I prefer to have chicken that isn't too spicy. Any suggestions?

Gourmet Food - I didn't have a problem with the chicken drying out but a couple things you could do. It's important to make sure the chicken is still very moist when you are done cooing it in the pan. Also, Prebaking the crust for awhile and then adding the chicken and cheese for the final few minutes would help as well. Enjoy.
