These pancakes were just yummy, my family loved them. You eat more than you would w/ other pancakes. They don’t feel as filling. When I pull them off the griddle they are very fluffy, but while in the pile waiting to be eaten, the fluff seems to defluff, I don’t flip them til the bubbles are gone & they look absolutely gorgeous.
I’m sure its a cooks error, but that never changes the flavor. Buttermilk pancakes blow all the others away. Thanks for sharing Bobby.

Bobby my mouth is watering. I feel like getting up and making some pancakes but the problem is that we don’t get any buttermilk. Can this be substituted by heavy cream?
