Even though I&#039;m a North-sider, Katklaw777 and I agree on the dog. &quot;Vienna, All Beef&quot; is the way to go.

		<description>I grew up South-Side Chicago...........you got it right!!!   Actually the going name brand was specific, &quot;Vienna, All-Beef Hot Dogs.&quot; They had a good snap when you bit in to them.  
I will say one thing tho, ours were always on a poppy seed hot dog bun.  That nay have been a local tradition and I never, never ate those peppers!  I remember tossing them to a squirrel once and he didn&#039;t like them either!  
Most importantly, don&#039;t ever put ketchup on Chicago hot dog!
