I have made your taco stuffed shells and they are a huge hit! These sound delicious – especially for one who doesnt care for chicken unless its mixed with something! One questions, though.. Why the half and half? What does it do? (trying to save calories wherever I can!) Thanks!

I made these tonight. Wonderful! I forgot to put the parmesan cheese in it and had to substitute the half and half with cream. It was still really good. It was really good. Saving this recipe! Thanks.

Carrie-I’ve made this a few times. It is fantastic with alfredo sauce as well as marinara. I actually came back here to print out the recipe for Easter dinner tomorrow
