This is fantastic! Only change we made to the recipe was to cut down the salt.

Thanks!

Beautiful website, amazing recipes. I was searching the Internet for Orange Chicken recipes and chanced upon your blog.

You mentioned in this post that Chicken Tikka Masala is popular in the UK :) I'm sure it's not as popular in the UK as it is in India :)

We use a bit more of Indian spices like Garam Masalas and Chili powders.

Rick - I don't think it would make much of a difference as most of the marinade is spices.

Would this chicken taste better if left overnight in the marinade? Or does it have to be marinaded in a short period of time?

This was the first dish I ever tried at an Indian restaurant. It was so good that I thought about it for days!

I love this recipe. I found it on My Kitchen Cafe awhile ago and it is my fave comfort food.

To reduce heat more you can sub green peppers for jalapeno. I like the flavor of the peppers in this dish but can't always handle the heat.

Thanks for your recipes! Many have become part of my regular rotation and I always check here when I need a recipe to impress!
