Hi!
I have been looking for a recipe to make these forever! Thank you! Did you use regular green beans or Chinese Long Beans? The ones that I get at the buffet taste much better than the ones I can get at the grocery store. There is no Asian market for 100 miles where I live.

I have tried a few other recipes for this and so far they havent matched up with the resturants. I love to make chinese food at home and this would be the PERFECT addition.

These look fabulous. You’re photography looks great. Chinese-style green beans are a fave in my book and they’re sure to be made after my next trip to the farmer’s market.
