i don&#039;t want to crash the Parade ,,,,but a few helping hints !! for you !!

-cut real wedges ( so they can stand )
-cook/blanche them for 5 minutes ( let them cool ) 
- put them in a plastic bag and give the spices to it ( shake them and leave them for several minutes in the bag ( no salt )
-put them in the oven ( 220 C )20-30 min
let them stand in a row like plastic Soldiers 
-during baking ,,,,spray salty water on the wedges ( this makes them crunchy )
