I’ve cooked this recipe a few times (found it from a different source, but it’s the same one) and I have to say, for everyone that I’ve cooked it for there hasn’t been a single complaint! The chicken comes piping hot out of the oven, wonderfully juicy and just falls apart in your mouth. The shredded cheese, which melts and hardens into a delicious crunchy crust is a beautiful offset to the tenderness of the chicken.
