I will make these tomorrow, my last child left home in Jan. and I can't learn to cook for one yet. These will be great because I can freeze them singly and make many meals. Thank you.

Wow! So many comments! But I understand why because I made these last night and they were absolutely wonderful! I doubled the recipe so I could have some for lunch the next day and they actually microwaved really well. All my co-workers were very jealous and commented about how good they smelled. Of course I didn't share though =P

I made this recipe when I had company and it was a big hit. So delicious. I also had a few left over of which I put in the freezer for another time. They were great. Thanks

The Lasagna Roll-ups were delicious and easy to make. The small amount of cayenne was a wonderful addition. I used a little more than a half pound of ground beef because that is what I had frozen and a 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes because that is what I had on hand. That kind of messed the sauce up because it wasn't as saucy, so to remedy that, I added a small can of tomato paste and 2 tsp. of sugar. I really liked this recipe because it was just the right size instead of a big pan of lasagna. Your presentation photo makes this recipe irresistible! Thanks for sharing this recipe.
