Thanks for this receipe not only will satisfy the meat eaters in my family but also my veggie friends that will be attending our Superbowl gathering. Can't wait to make them. I'm opting for the microwave option!

These are the bomb! I have tried to make these in the past from other recipes and could not figure out why I couldn't get them to taste like the ones in the restaurant. Duh, I had to deep fry the skins! Soooooo not good for the ol' arteries but hey they tasted fantastic. We did some with the standard bacon and cheese and did a few others loaded with chili. Yummy! We have a few of your other recipes on tap for this week and will post reviews later. :)

I made these and the Chinese chicken wings for Superbowl snacks today. They were fantastic!! My husband loved them and he's tough to please -- especially on new recipes. I'd never tried wings or potato skins before and they both turned out great. Thanks so much!! They are going on my list of snacks to make every Superbowl.

My husband has been grateful yet disappointed with my past attempts at potato skins. This year will be different. I think he will LOVE them>
