And, those plates still exist! Wow! You're telling on yourself! :) Everything I've looked at so far looks delish, especially the tuna melt--sounds very similar to something we do called "bocadito" made with chicken, though the end result is totally different! :) I just came across your site and I love to see a man that can cook and actually likes it!
