We had your tacos last night and they were superb. I had plenty of the filling left over and made enchiladas with your sauce recipe tonight. enough Mex for a while, I think. Probably do those boring old Julia Child pork chops tomorrow (kidding, they are yummy). Thanks!

^ To answer your question Shady, cornmeal and polenta are pretty much the same thing with a different name.

Hi. I would really love to cook this delicious recipe tomorrow for the fam. I am in Australia and they don’t seem to sell corn meal. When I asked for it at one of our major supermarkets, I got blank stares. Is fine polenta the same thing or can it be used instead in this recipe? Thanks very much!

The addition of cornmeal is quite interesting. I actually like a lot of seasonings, but I will definitely try out this recipe without the guacamole (hehe). It looks great!
