onions (finely chopped)

lb spaghetti noodles

can red kidney beans
1 cup
shredded American cheese

medium onion (finely diced)

Instructions
Heat oil in a large stockpot over medium-high heat. Add the 2 onions and cook slightly browned.
Stir in chili powder, tomato paste, garlic, cinnamon, oregano, allspice, a ¾ teaspoon of ground black pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Cook until fragrant while stirring. Stir in chicken broth, tomato sauce, vinegar, and sugar.
Crumble the raw ground beef into the chili mixture and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until the burger is cooked and the mixture is slightly thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired.
While the mixture is cooking cook the spaghetti noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Heat the beans until they are warmed.
Serve chili over spaghetti topped with beans, shredded cheese, and diced onions if desired.
