2cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
Do the prep. Line two loaf pans with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate chips. Place chocolate chips in a glass bowl. Microwave the chips for 45 seconds on high. Stir with a wooden spoon. Microwave the chips 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each round, until the chocolate is smooth and creamy.
Stir in peanut butter. Stir in the peanut butter until the mixture is combined and smooth.
Finish and set. Pour chocolate peanut butter mixture into prepared loaf pans. Place them into the refrigerator to cool completely. Cut into squares and enjoy.
Notes
You can use milk chocolate chips if you prefer sweeter fudge.
Creamy, mixed peanut butter works best — like Jif. You can use natural but make sure you have stirred it completely. It will have a slightly grainier texture.
You can adjust this recipe to make more or less. Just keep the ratio of 2 parts chocolate and 1 part peanut butter.
