Ingredients

Scale
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Do the prep. Line two loaf pans with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate chips. Place chocolate chips in a glass bowl. Microwave the chips for 45 seconds on high. Stir with a wooden spoon. Microwave the chips 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each round, until the chocolate is smooth and creamy.
- Stir in peanut butter. Stir in the peanut butter until the mixture is combined and smooth.
- Finish and set. Pour chocolate peanut butter mixture into prepared loaf pans. Place them into the refrigerator to cool completely. Cut into squares and enjoy.
Notes
- You can use milk chocolate chips if you prefer sweeter fudge.
- Creamy, mixed peanut butter works best — like Jif. You can use natural but make sure you have stirred it completely. It will have a slightly grainier texture.
- You can adjust this recipe to make more or less. Just keep the ratio of 2 parts chocolate and 1 part peanut butter.
