In a large bowl or ziplock bag mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Add the pork chops, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and cook for about 8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature has reached 145 degrees F. Allow the chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
