- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
Instructions
- In a large bowl or ziplock bag mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Add the pork chops, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and cook for about 8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature has reached 145 degrees F. Allow the chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
