- Rinse the rice through a fine-mesh strainer, and add to the insert of the instant pot. Sprinkle the salt, add the water, stir and add in the oil as you do.
- Close the lid and seal the valve. Then, adjust the pot settings to Pressure Cook for four minutes.
- Once the timer dings, leave the instant pot for another ten minutes. Then, hit Cancel, and release the valve. Wait for the pressure pin to drop altogether.
- Open the lid carefully, so you don’t expose yourself to steam. Then, stir the rice and serve as you please.
