Description
The air fryer makes quick and low-mess hamburgers.
Ingredients

- 2 hamburger patties, 6 oz. each
- 2 hamburger buns
- 2 slices of cheddar or provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat. Heat the air fryer to 350°F or 170°C for 3 to 5 minutes. Optionally, season your patties with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties. Place the patties in air fryer and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Check the temperature. The USDA safe temperature for ground beef is 160°F or 71°C. Medium doneness is 145°F or 63°C.
- Add cheese. Add cheese slices in the last minute of cooking.
