In a shallow sealable container, combine soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, and garlic. Mix well. Place chicken breast halves into the mixture, and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (marinate overnight for the best flavor). After the chicken is done marinating, you can cut it into chunks and thread it onto soaked wooden skewers or grill the chicken breasts whole.
Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.
Remove the chicken from the marinade (discarding the marinade), and place the chicken breasts onto the grill. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, until the chicken is fully cooked (the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees).
