ml (1/4 cup warm milk)

Instructions
Clean the potatoes and remove the skin
Cut them up into small cubes and place them into a saucepan
Fill the pan with water and bring it to a boil
Boil the potatoes for 20-30 minutes until they are tender
Drain the water and place the potatoes back into the saucepan
Once the potatoes have cooled, begin mashing the potatoes
Season with salt and better and add the butter in small intervals between mashing
After adding all the butter, start adding warm milk in small intervals until you reach your desired consistency. (you may not need all the milk)

Taste and season as required and serve.
