If you want to prepare a quick and easy Chinese style dinner this pork and pepper stir-fry might just be exactly what you are looking for. There is nothing quiet like a delicious stir-fry to whip up for dinner in no time at all. This recipe consists of slice pork tenderloin marinated and then tried with green bell peppers. The pork is marinated in ingredients such as soy sauce, rice wine, sugar and white pepper. I like to serve this recipe with brown rice and egg rolls on the side. Enjoy.

Pork and Pepper Stir-fry

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

1lb pork tenderloin

2 green bell peppers (sliced)

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 garlic cloves (minced)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

marinade-

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 tablespoon rice wine

4 tablespoons chicken broth

3 teaspoons cornstarch

2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Directions:

In a large bowl add soy sauce, white pepper, sugar, wine, and chicken broth. Add the pork and marinate or at least 15 minutes.

Add 3 teaspoons of cornstarch and mix well. Mix in the 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil. 

Heat a wok to medium-high heat and add vegetable oil oil. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated pork and stir-fry for 2-4 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from the wok. Leave 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok and fry the garlic for 10 seconds. Add in peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 mintes or until ightly softened. Return the pork to the wok.
