spring onion

cherry tomatoes

olive oil

Instructions
finely chop the spring onion and parsley
cut the cherry tomato in small sizes
mix chopped spring onion, parsley and tomatoes in a small baking tray
squeeze the whole lemon
add a little bit of lemon zest
add olive oil
add salt and pepper to taste
mix well
cover the mixture on the salmon fillets
cover the baking tray with the aluminium foil
place in the oven at 180-degree centigrade for 25 minutes
Notes
Serve with steamed broccoli and backed potatoes.
