  • 3lbs ground turkey
  • ¼ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup onion (finely diced)
  • 2 egg whites (lightly beaten)
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Hamburger Buns

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  2. Mix well and form mixture into 12 patties.
  3. Place patties on grill and grill burgers until they have reached an internal temperature of 180 degrees (about 7 minutes per side). These can also be cooked in a skillet.
