Perfect Air-Fried Salmon With Lemon & Parsley (2 Servings)

Air Fryer Salmon with Skin

Ingredients

Scale
  • Two salmon fillets, thawed (6-ounce)
  • Two teaspoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  • Two garlic cloves (minced)
  • ½ tablespoon of lemon zest
  • One tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Two tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • ⅛ teaspoon of freshly cracked black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating the air fryer for at least 10 minutes at 390°F.
  2. Then proceed to place the salmon on a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet. Spread the oil over the salmon and season with garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper with a pastry brush.
  3. You can cook for about 10 minutes after carefully lowering the parchment with the seasoned salmon into the air fryer basket.
  4. Stick a fork into the thickest portion of the fillet and gently twist to see if it’s done. It should easily flake. If you don’t remove the fish from the basket right away, it will continue to cook.
  5. Serve right away.
