Preheat an outdoor grill over low heat. Slice each of the hot dogs in half lengthwise down the middle until cut almost all the way through but not all the way through. Fill the pocket with cheese slices. Wrap the hot dogs each with 2 slices of the precooked bacon. Secure the bacon to the hot dogs using toothpicks. Baste the bacon wrapped hot dogs with your favorite BBQ Sauce.
Place onto the grill and grill on all four sides starting with the cheese side facing down. Grill until the bacon is crispy, the hot dog is sweating and the cheese has melted. Serve on a toasted bun.
