  • 34 Roma tomatoes (seeded and diced)
  • ½ red onion (diced)
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper (seeded and diced)
  • 57 steams of cilantro (finely chopped)
  • juice of 1 lime
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine tomato, onion, pepper, and cilantro. Add the lime juice and salt and gently stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour.
