Ingredients

- 3–4 Roma tomatoes (seeded and diced)
- ½ red onion (diced)
- 1 small jalapeno pepper (seeded and diced)
- 5–7 steams of cilantro (finely chopped)
- juice of 1 lime
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine tomato, onion, pepper, and cilantro. Add the lime juice and salt and gently stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour.
