Chocolate Chip Pancakes Recipe

  • 1 ¼ cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips

 

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
  2.  In a separate bowl mix together eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla. Beat the wet ingredients with the dry mixture until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Heat pan or griddle. Pour or spoon batter into pan (each pancake should be about a ½ cup of batter).
  5. Flip the pancake when the top begins to bubble.
  6. Fry for 1 minute. Remove from pan and repeat until batter is gone.
