- 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Sauce
- 1 (10 ounces) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter

Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. - Set up for coating
In a shallow bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. In a separate shallow bowl, pour in the milk. - Coat the chicken
Dip each chicken breast into the milk, allowing any excess to drip off, then press it firmly into the cracker and cheese mixture until fully coated. - Bake
Place the coated chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crisp. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C). - Rest and serve
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm, optionally with a side of vegetables, rice, or salad.
