- Soak the Brussels sprouts in water for 10 minutes if you want a tenderer center. And if you’d prefer a crisper, skip this step. Also, set the air fryer to 375F to preheat. If the Brussels sprouts are soaked, drain and dry them before cooking.
- Drizzle the oil onto the sprouts along with sprinkles of pepper and salt. Toss the bowl to coat the vegetables evenly, and then pour them into the basket. Be sure to space them appropriately, so the hot air circulates successfully.
- Fry the sprouts for five minutes, and then toss the basket to redistribute the vegetables. Then, cook for another five minutes and toss them again. Repeat this process and cook the sprouts for an additional two to four minutes or until they’re intensely crisp.
- When done, move the Brussels sprouts into a bowl and serve hot with any of your desired toppings.
