  • One bag of golden baby potatoes; 24 oz., unpeeled, washed, and dried
  • Two garlic cloves, minced
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil
  • Freshly chopped rosemary
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the oven to 400F, and as you wait, pour the baby potatoes into a bowl. Add the oil, seasoning, and herbs, then toss until the mixture is even.
  2. Pour the seasoned baby potatoes into a baking sheet and transfer them to the bottom rack. Bake for 20 minutes, shaking the tray every five minutes so all surfaces are exposed. The potatoes are ready when they’re fork-tender.
