Instant Pot Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • One pound dried chickpeas, picked and rinsed
  • Six cups of water

Instructions

  1. Add the chickpeas and water to the crockpot and place the lid. Seal the cover, lock the vent, and pressure cook on high for 50 minutes.
  2. Let the pin drop to zero (about 10 minutes) to indicate complete natural pressure release. Then, carefully vent the remaining pressure and open the lid. Use the chickpeas as desired.
