New York Strip Steak

How Long To Cook Steak On George Foreman Grill (2)

Ingredients

  • New York Strip steak (6-8oz) – One
  • Soy sauce (two tablespoons)
  • Worcestershire sauce (two tablespoons)
  • Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Red wine vinegar (one tablespoon)
  • Garlic powder (one-quarter tablespoon)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the steak and place in a Ziploc bag in a bowl or cup. It would help if you mixed the steak with the sauce and then marinated it for half an hour. Leaving it overnight in the fridge could even be a better option. If you’re in a rush, at least let it absorb up the taste for a few moments.
  2. Heat your George Foreman Grill with the top covered for at least 5 minutes. Use the high setting if you have it. Add steak and close lid.
  3. Grill steak for 4-7 minutes for medium-rare doneness. Grill for six to nine minutes for medium doneness (medium-rare steaks can be done as short as two to three minutes). You can check based on the size of your meat.
