  • Chicken breasts; boneless, skinless, five pounds each
  • One cup broth
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the chick breasts into smaller cubes of even sizes, then season with pepper and salt. Pour the seasoned cubes into the instant pot.
  2. Add the broth and cover the lid. Then, seal the valve and cook on MANUAL for eight minutes.
  3. Once the time is reached, do a quick-release on the valve, and take off the lid. Empty the chicken cubes into a bowl and leave it to cool. Now, the chicken is ready for quesadillas!
