- Cut the chick breasts into smaller cubes of even sizes, then season with pepper and salt. Pour the seasoned cubes into the instant pot.
- Add the broth and cover the lid. Then, seal the valve and cook on MANUAL for eight minutes.
- Once the time is reached, do a quick-release on the valve, and take off the lid. Empty the chicken cubes into a bowl and leave it to cool. Now, the chicken is ready for quesadillas!
