- Dry the thin pork chops with paper towels and set them aside. Then, season the meat on each side with salt and spices.
- Heat the skillet at medium-high until it’s scalding. Then, add the oil and let it shimmer.
- Carefully place the pork chops in the pan and cook for three minutes. You’ll notice a deep brown color with a golden hue. Flip the pork chops and let the other side cook for about the same time. Confirm the internal temperature with a probe thermometer as it cooks.
- When the pork chops reach internal doneness of 145F, bring them down and let them rest for three to five minutes. Then serve as you please.
