Scale
- 15 graham crackers, crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Make the crust. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of the springform pan.
- Prepare the filling. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese with the sugar until smooth. Blend in the milk, and then mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix in the sour cream, vanilla, and flour until smooth. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake the cheesecake. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn the oven off and let the cake cool in the oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours. This prevents cracking.
- Chill before serving. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
