Pico De Gallo Recipe

  • 4 plum tomatoes (seeded and diced)
  • 1 small white onion (finely chopped)
  • 23 jalapeño peppers (seeded and chopped)
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • salt (to taste)



  1. In bowl combine tomatoes, onion, peppers, and cilantro.
  2. Add lime juice and salt. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    (Makes about 2 ½ cups of salsa)
