It should come as no surprise that pulled pork goes great on nachos. This recipe for pulled pork nachos is loaded with bbq pulled pork, a homemade cheese sauce, bbq sauce, mozzarella, green onions, and red onions. You can use whatever type of pulled pork you want for this recipe. You can smoke it, roast it or cook it in the crockpot. I cooked mine in the crockpot and then mixed it with a little bit of the homemade bbq sauce. You might think the romaine lettuce on the bottom of the nachos in this recipe is a little bit weird but it is delicious! The cheese sauce is just a simple combination of heavy cream and American cheese. These nachos are great to prepare for gameday. Enjoy.
