Description
This is an easy lunch or light weekend dinner. Wrap leftover chicken and bacon with lettuce, tomato, and garlic mayo in a tortilla — delicious!

- 1 cup Rotisserie or leftover chicken, shredded
- 4 flour tortillas, 10-inch
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 tomato slices
- 2 Romaine lettuce leaves, torn into pieces
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Garlic mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Make the garlic mayo. Add the mayonnaise, minced garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl and stir to combine.
- Make the wraps. Lay out the tortillas. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of the garlic mayo on the inside of the tortilla. Add chicken, crumbled bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Fold in two edges of the tortilla, then roll and hold in place with a toothpick if desired.
