- 1lb lean ground turkey
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- ¼ cup onion (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup parsley (chopped)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 1 egg (beaten)
- ½ cup dry breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly spray the foil with cooking spray. In a large bowl combine ground turkey, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix together well using your hands. Shape the mixture into about 30 meatballs that are approximately 1 inch across. Lay each meatball on a baking sheet so that they are not touching.
- Place into the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked (the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees).
