Strawberry kiwi smoothie recipe

One point to note: With the added sugar, this is not a “healthy” smoothie. If you’re watching your sugar and calorie intake, modify the recipe by omitting the added sugar and substitute plain yogurt instead of the fruit-on-the-bottom variety. Ingredients

  • 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 4 strawberries, halved, with stems removed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 oz. strawberry fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
