  • 1 lb crappie fillets
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together flour, eggs, and milk in a bowl. In another bowl mix together cornmeal, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
