Ingredients
Scale
- 16 ounces rotini pasta (cooked according to package directions and drained)
- 8 ounces cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella pearls
- ½ cup fresh chopped basil
- ¼ cup pesto
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
