Description

An ultra-rich chocolate Bundt cake made with cake mix, pudding, and chocolate chips for a deeply moist texture and intense chocolate flavor in every slice.


Ingredients

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package devils food cake mix
  • 1 (5.9 ounces) package instantly chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • A 1/2 cup of warm water
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Do the prep. Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup Bundt pan.
  2. Mix the batter. In a large bowl combine the devil’s food cake mix, chocolate pudding mix, sour cream, oil, eggs, and water. Mix until smooth, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Fill the pan. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and spread evenly.
  4. Bake. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until the top springs back when touched and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool the cake. Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool before removing from the pan.
