Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounces) bag shredded cabbage and carrot mix
  • 2 tablespoons onion (diced)
  • 2/3 cup creamy salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ cup white sugar (or less)
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine coleslaw mix and diced onion.
  2.  In a medium bowl whisk together salad dressing, vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and poppy seeds.
  3. Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
