- 1 (16 ounces) bag shredded cabbage and carrot mix
- 2 tablespoons onion (diced)
- 2/3 cup creamy salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ½ cup white sugar (or less)
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine coleslaw mix and diced onion.
- In a medium bowl whisk together salad dressing, vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and poppy seeds.
- Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
